Chain Crucifixion

You create a floating cross made of radiant energy within range that lasts for the duration of the spell or until you cast this spell again. When you cast the spell, you can attempt to chain a target to the summoned cross, provided that it is within 15 feet of said cross. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be Grappled for the duration. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make another Strength saving throw. On a success, the target escapes from the cross. The cross is not destroyed by any escape attempt from non critical rolls, and can be used again on your next turn. As an action you may move the weapon up to 30 feet in any direction, though this speed is halved when something is chained to the cross.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional entity for each slot level above 2nd. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
