Aura of Deceleration

You create a shimmering field of gravitic energy, for the duration of the spell, all ranged weapon attacks (throw weapon attacks included) and spell ranged attack from Conjuration and Transmutation schools made by creature in a 90ft radius are disadvantaged to attack roll and the shooter doesn’t add his ability modifier to the damage roll. When you cast this spell you can choose a number of creatures up to your spellcasting modifier to be unaffected by this spell.
