Blitz Bolt

You call upon a beacon of light,  then shooting streaks of Lightning out to targets in range. All targets need to make a Constitution saving throw against your Spell Save DC, and take 8d8 Lightning damage on a failed save, and half-damage on a successful save.

At Higher Levels: This spell deals 2d8 lightning damage for every leveled spell slot higher than 5th.
