Blood Rain

You pierce the tip of your finger and throw a drop of your blood in the air while whispering dark necromancy words. Storm clouds with a 30ft radius form in the sky, 200ft above you, raining blood on the area directly below them for the duration.

When the spell ends, the clouds disperse in the sky until they disappear entirely.
