Bard
Base Class: Bard

Critics, jokers and jesters, clowns and the sort. You are born to tell people just what they don't want to hear.

Rude Umbrella Comments

When you join the College of Mockery at 3rd level, you gain the ability to not be bothered or incite crowd-based havoc.

You get advantage on clearing crowds using Intimidation checks.

You can also Incite a Mob. You can spend a Bardic Inspiration to gain advantage on Persuasion or Deception checks to incite a crowd to form an angry mob against a target they know.

Heckler's Witt

From Cutting Words, you learn how to use your wit to distract, confuse, and otherwise sap the confidence and competence of others. When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes an attack roll, an ability check, or a damage roll, you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and subtracting the number rolled from the creature’s roll. You can choose to use this feature after the creature makes its roll, but before the DM determines whether the attack roll or ability check succeeds or fails, or before the creature deals its damage. The creature is immune if it can’t hear you or if it’s immune to being charmed.

From Heckler's Witt, you learn to use these words to remark on the enemies ability, wounding their focus. A Bardic Inspiration can be subtracted from an enemies ability checks or saves against an opposing Charisma Save.

Rejuvenating Laugh

You laugh at the troubles of your foes. You gain Bardic Inspiration dice when an enemy rolls a natural one.

Caricature Armor

At 6th level, you learn how to mock a creature by making an illusion around you to look like them, but caricatured for extreme mockery.

The creature must make a Charisma save.

A creature with an intelligence of 3 or under automatically saves.

If they fail, they must take as many turns equal to your charisma modifier trying to attack you. Every attack and save, they must roll your corresponding bardic inspiration die and subtract that from the result.

You don't spend bardic inspiration dice for this ability.

This ability only works once per creature within 24 hours.

We've Got a Bad-Ass Over Here

Starting at 14th level, your demeanor is convincing and frightening. You have advantage on all Intimidation checks.

Creatures intimidated by you can also be frightened as a free action.
