Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

For some barbarians, rage is a means to an end— that end being violence. The Path of the Unbridled Berserker is a path of untrammeled fury, slick with blood. As you enter the berserker’s rage, you thrill in the chaos of battle, heedless of your own health or well-being. To you, the best defense is a good offense, and the best enemy is a dead one.

Unbridled Frenzy

Starting at 3rd level, you can enter a Frenzy when you enter a Rage. As part of the same bonus action you use to begin raging, you can choose to enter your Frenzy. You may also choose to enter a Frenzy as a bonus action while raging if you did not choose Frenzy when you entered your Rage. When your Frenzied Rage ends, you gain one level of exhaustion.

While you are in a state of Frenzy Rage, you gain the following benefits:

  • You can make one additional Strength based melee weapon attack on each of your turns.
  • You can add your proficiency bonus to your damage roll on any Critical Hit you make while in a Frenzy.

Mindless Rage

Beginning at 6th level, you can’t be charmed or frightened while raging. If you are charmed or frightened when you enter your rage, the effect is suspended for the duration of the rage.

In addition, you gain resistance to Psychic Damage while raging.

Intimidating Presence

Beginning at 10th level, you can use your action to frighten someone with your menacing presence. When you do so, choose one creature that you can see within 30 feet of you. If the creature can see or hear you, it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier) or be frightened of you until the start of it's next turn. At the beginning of the creature’s next turn, it can attempt to reroll the saving throw. On a successful save, the creature ends the Frightened effect from Intimidating Presence. The Frightened effect also ends if the creature ends its turn out of the line of sight or more than 60 feet away from you.

If the creature ends the effect by succeeding on its saving throw, it cannot be affected by this feature again for 24 hours.

Additionally, while you are in a Frenzy, if you score a critical hit on a creature, you can expend your reaction to use Intimidating Presence on a creature within 10 feet of the creature you scored the critical hit on. This can be the original creature you scored the critical hit on. For the creature to be effected by Intimidating Presence, it must be able to see you.

Eye of the storm

Starting at 14th level, when you take damage from a creature that is within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature.

Additionally, you can now dig deep into wells of grit normal men could only dream about. While taking a short rest, you can expend two hit die in order to remove one level of exhaustion. You can use this feature a number of times per day equal to your Con Modifier (Minimum of 1). You regain all expended usages after a long rest.
