Base Class: Barbarian
Based on AEW's John Silver.
Restriction: Small Races Only
Only characters that are small sized races can follow the Path of Johnny Hungie. The Dark Order's John Silver is a paragon to small sized Barbarians. As such, when taking this Path, the Barbarian gains the Squat Nimbleness feat.
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Increase your walking speed by 5 feet.
- You gain proficiency in the Acrobatics or Athletics skill (your choice).
- You have advantage on any Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check you make to escape from being grappled.
Your DM can lift this restriction to better suit the campaign.
Tavern Brawler
Accustomed to rough-and-tumble fighting using whatever weapons happen to be at hand, you gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Strength or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You are proficient with improvised weapons.
- Your unarmed strike uses a d4 for damage.
- When you hit a creature with an unarmed strike or an improvised weapon on your turn, you can use a bonus action to attempt to grapple the target.
Focused Reckless Attack
Beginning at 6th level, when you use Reckless Attack while raging and you hit the target, the hit upgrades to a critical hit. However, all damage dice are reduced to 1d6 for the duration of this rage.
Powerful Silver Build
You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift. Two sizes larger when raging.
During your rage, you can take the Dash action as a bonus action.
Charismatic Rager
You gain proficiency with the Performance skill.
When a creature within 5 feet of you attempts to hit you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to make a DC 15 Performance check. If successful, the attack must subtract a number from the attack roll equal to your Charisma modifier.
If the attack hits, you instead decrease the damage total by the result of your Performance check.
