Base Class: Rogue
Homicide vagrants are usually on the run, unwelcome in towns, and wanted for several counts of murder. Characters with this subclass are used to living a lonely life, always hiding from the law. Their skills allow them to happily live their lives as the morally malnourished and majorly malicious moving murderers that are known as homicide vagrants.
Mobile stabbage
You are used to running (mostly running away from angry villagers), and have adapted your fighting accordingly. Starting at level 3 when you gain this subclass, you have become proficient with mobile combat. Once per turn when you hit a creature with an attack, if you have used more than half of your movement speed previous to said attack, your sneak attack activates even if it does not meet the usual conditions.
Survivor
Starting at level 3 when you gain this feature, you are used to harsh climates and living on the run. You now have advantage on survival based checks, when you are foraging you find two times the food you would normally, when suffering from exhaustion your speed is not halved until you reach 3 levels of exhaustion (which increases to 4 levels at level 9), and you have advantage on saving throws to resist environmental hazards.
Angry mob
At this point you have gotten used to being chased out of town by a mob of angry villagers, and you have now grown skilled at evading large groups. Starting at level 9, you gain an amount of uses of this feature equal to your dexterity modifier (minimum 1). All uses are regained after a short or long rest. You can activate this ability by expending one of the uses during your turn. When you move out of range of a creature or group of creatures and would normally trigger opportunity attacks, if there are 6 or more hostile creatures within 30 feet of you then no opportunity attacks will trigger which would be caused by moving. This means you still have your action and bonus action free, allowing you to do other things like dash and hide, or use 2 weapon fighting, which you wouldn’t normally be able to do if you had to use an action or bonus action to disengage.
Tertiary breeze
Starting at level 13, you have learned to quickly recover yourself in a sticky situation to keep on going. When you successfully make the hide action and are below half of your maximum hp, you can restore your health to half of your maximum hp rounded down. If you are above half of your maximum hp you cannot use this feature to gain hp above half of your maximum, but that is obvious and shouldn’t be needed to be said so I don’t know why I added this part but whatever.
Killing spree
Starting at level 17 your urge to murder all of the imaginary people in this fictional world has grown so much that you can keep on murdering people for longer. On your turn when you kill a creature, this feature allows you to move up to 10 feet and make another attack against a different creature, applying sneak attack damage if you hit them. If you kill the creature with your second attack using this feature, you may activate it again, and this chain of extra attacks can continue until you do not attack and kill another creature, for reasons such as not killing them with one attack, missing the attack roll made against them, or not having any creatures within the range to attack. If you do activate multiple attacks in a row, you do not apply sneak attack damage to any of your extra attacks after the first extra attack.
