Monk
Base Class: Monk

The Stone Fist is a martial art developed by goliaths for centuries, used for recreational fighting and practical purposes. Their fighting style is less about being swift and being an unstoppable force of strength. Stone fist incorporates strong grappling techniques and hard hitting knuckles. Over the years goliaths have used Stone Fist in tribe held tournaments and making homes. Training takes relentless endurance of the elements and constant pain to harden your body for this fighting style. Goliaths make their homes by constantly hitting sides of mountains until they eventually break the rock down. Being a strong race, goliaths teach all people within their tribe, and if considered to be worthy or are close to the tribe, outsiders are able to be taught by goliaths. Of course with every martial art people can teach themselves, but not every goliath approves of self taught Stone Fist.
