Paladin
Base Class: Paladin

Skillful or just plain lucky? A Paladin of Tymora is certainly both.

Those of a more adventurous nature may be drawn to take the Oath of Fortune, understanding that in order to be counted a faithful of Tymora one must be able willing to place their lives in the hands of fate, and to act without hesitation in aid of those who are worse off and could use a little luck.

Paladins from other orders may occasionally scoff at the Tymorite Paladin's lack of order or infrastructure. The Paladins of Tymora have mostly worked alone due to their few numbers, and no where to call a home.

Relying on their wits, and lady luck, the Paladins of Tymora can be more chaotic in nature than their Paladin counterparts from the other orders. Although they can always be relied on by the underdogs of society to act quickly and heroically

"One should be bold, for to be bold is to live. A brave heart and a willingness to take risks beat out a carefully wrought plan nine times out of ten. Place yourself in the hands of fate and trust to your own luck. Bear and conduct yourselves as your own masters, showing your good or bad fortune as confidence in the Lady. Chase your own unique goals, and the Lady aids the chase. Without direction or goals, you soon know the embrace of Beshaba, for those on no set course are at the mercy of misfortune, which has no mercy at all." - Tymora's Dogma

Channel Divinity

When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two Channel Divinity options.

Stacking the Odds. As an action, you beseech Tymora for a chance to change your odds, using your Channel Divinity. Roll a d20 and record the number rolled. You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with this roll. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn.

Tymora's Fortune. As an action, you can utter a prayer to Tymora and receive a blessing from her, using your Channel Divinity. Blessed by Tymora's Fortune, whenever you make an Attack roll, Ability Check or a Saving Throw before the spell ends, you can roll a d6 and add the number rolled to Attack rolls, Ability Checks or Saving Throws.
