Base Class: Fighter
Your knowledge of battlefield tactics allows you to coordinate groups to take advantage of any given situation. You have spent hundreds of hours developing an understanding of how battlefield tactics amongst a fighting force can change the tide of a conflict.
This knowledge allows you to capitalize on your own attacks creating disruption in an enemy force, opening opportunities for allies to gain the upper hand or flee to safety.
With experience you learn to spot imminent danger and warn your allies increasing the chance they can evade damage. At the upper limits of this training, your mind begins expand and you can assess the battlefield before your enemies can take their first strike, allowing you to issue orders that can save lives.
Coordinated Strike
Starting at 3rd Level, your knowledge of battlefield tactics allows you to coordinate groups to take advantage in their attacks. Using your action you communicate weaknesses in a creatures defenses to friendly creatures.
As an action roll a contested perception check against a selected targets deception, if the target fails you gain an understanding of how to throw the target off balance.
You may then designate a friendly creature who can attack the selected target with advantage. As you progress in level you can choose to either target multiple enemies with this feature or grant advantage to multiple allies (one or the other) and is equal to the number of attacks you can make as an action (minimum of 1).
You may use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier + 1, and regain all uses on a short rest.
Battlefield Control
Starting at 7th level, you can divide your extra attacks between multiple targets. After making a successful attack against a creature for whom you are engaged and in melee range, you can take your movement to reach another creature and attack it without triggering an attack of opportunity additional the targeted creature loses the ability to take an attack of opportunity till the start of their next turn.
You can use this ability a number of times equal to you proficiency bonus, and all uses return on a short rest or long rest.
Defensive Orders
Starting at 10th level you can use your action to communicate adjustments to the party's formation to ward against impending danger. The next attack roll against each member of your party has disadvantage and party members have advantage on a saving throws for STR or DEX.
Formation
Starting at 15th Level your ability to assess a situation is unparalleled to the point that you can develop a strategy and give orders faster than the enemy can react. You can this ability to jump to the top of the initiative order to issue a call for a Coordinated Strike or give Defensive Orders order.
Unshakable Focus
Upon reaching 18th Level when rolling initiative if you have expended all uses of Battlefield Control, Offensive Superiority, or Defensive Superiority you choose to regain a single use of one that you choose.
Fortitude Under Fire
Starting at 3rd level, you can keep your cool under dire circumstances, and add half your proficiency bonus to Perception checks.
