Sorcerer
Base Class: Sorcerer

You are an individual comprised of willpower, manifesting your magical lineage by the force of your determination. Your lineage may be from a past archmage, or you may even have been randomly gifted by an entity beyond your understanding. What sets you apart was your desire to have power, so much so that it became reality. The power you hold is special amongst even sorcerers, as you often do not have a defined source you can identify for how you gained your magical prowess.

Natural Disruptor

Starting at 1st level, your internal strength of magical power allows you to use your magic to shape the magic of those around you. As a reaction, you may attempt to interrupt a creature in the process of casting a spell. You must expend a spell slot to do so, then the caster may expend an additional spell slot of the same level or higher as the one you expended to use this feature. If the creature does not expend a spell slot of the level you expended or higher, their spell fails and has no effect.

Strong Identity

Additionally at 1st level, your extremely powerful sense of yourself has granted you additional access to the well of magical energy within yourself. You learn a number of additional cantrips from the sorcerer spell list equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of one).

Commanding Presence

At 6th level your confidence becomes overwhelming to the weak-minded. Whenever you cast a spell of 1st level or higher, each creature within 10 feet of you must make an Intelligence saving throw. You gain a number of temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus for each creature that fails this saving throw. While you have temporary hit points provided by this feature, you may add your Intelligence modifier to the damage you deal with any sorcerer cantrip.

Weave Fold

Starting at 14th level, you can fold the weave around you and press yourself through it to transport yourself around a battlefield. As an action, you can teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 120 feet of you. Immediately after you appear, you may cast a sorcerer spell you know of 3rd-level or lower with a casting time of one action as a bonus action without spending a spell slot.

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest.

Arcanoform

At 18th level, you gain the ability to disperse your body into a form woven from pure magic. As a bonus action you can enter your arcanoform, losing your corporeal form. You maintain this state for 5 minutes, or until you become incapacitated, die, or dismiss it as a bonus action. While you are in the arcanoform, you have the following traits:

  • You can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. You take 5 force damage if you end your turn inside an object.
  • You cannot make unarmed strikes or attacks using weapons.
  • You have a fly speed of 30 ft.
  • You have resistance to the following damage types: psychic, radiant, necrotic; bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks.
  • When you activate this form, and as a bonus action on your subsequent turns while it lasts, you can make a ranged spell attack, hurling a bolt of energy that targets one creature within 60 feet of you. On a hit, the attack deals force damage equal to 1d8 + your Charisma modifier.

Once you use this feature, you can’t do so again until you finish a long rest, unless you spend 7 sorcery points to use it again.
