Base Class: Wizard
A Dragon? More like a fine specimen. When common-folk feel dread towards dragons, you feel the insatiable hunger of your curiosity. Your enthusiasm over Dragons lead you to many adventures seeking test subjects, specimens and various materials for your study and experiments. You are a scholar who vowed to not rest until you know everything there is to know about this majestic species. You have seen every color of Dragon there is, dissected every part you have gathered, and mastered all the insides of a Dragon.
Arcane Scales
Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, you know the Mage Armor Spell if you don't already know it and you learn to speak and read Draconic. You can cast the spell without expending a spell slot once per long rest, whenever you cast the Mage Armor spell you add your Intelligence modifier to your Armor Class instead of your Dexterity modifier.
Draconic Resolve
At 2nd level, when you fail a saving throw, you can use your reaction to add your intelligence modifier to the result. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
Mighty Dragon's Warcry
Starting at 6th level, you gain the ability to mimic the majestic and thunderous roar of a dragon. As a bonus action on your turn, you can mimic the roar of a dragon, as a result all hostile creatures within 30 feet of you and can hear the roar must make a Charisma saving throw or be Frightened for 1 minute. All creatures that failed their saving throw also has Disadvantage on the next attack or ability check they make. Additionally, all friendly creatures within 30 feet of you and can hear the roar gain a number of Temporary Hit Points equal to your wizard level, and have Advantage on the next attack or ability check they make. This also ends the Frightened or Charmed conditions on all friendly creatures that can hear your roar. Once you've used this feature, you cannot do so again until you've finished a long rest.
Lesser Dragon Form
Beginning at 10th level, you have learned everything that a dragon can do, and as such you have been able to craft magic that allows you to harness a dragon's ability and assume it's form. As a bonus action on your turn, you can turn yourself into a dragon. You follow the stat block of a Dragon Wyrmling, you choose the color, you retain your personality and alignment. You take the ability scores of a Dragon Wyrmling, but you can choose to retain your intelligence, wisdom and charisma scores. You revert back to your natural self when you choose to as a bonus action, cast a spell, or when you are dropped to 0 hit points. When you drop to 0 hit points the damage that is beyond your hit points while you were in your Dragon form carries over to your hit points as your natural self. Changing into this form does not break your concentration on any spells cast before changing forms. You can do this a number of times equal to a third of your wizard level rounded down per long rest. Your dragon form last for a number of hours equal to half your intelligence modifier rounded down.
Draconic Anatomical Mastery
Starting at 14th level, your studies on dragons have granted you immense knowledge with their anatomy and physiology. Whenever you cast a spell that requires a saving throw towards a dragon you can impose Disadvantage, when you cast a spell that requires an attack roll you can have Advantage. You can do so a number of times, equal to your proficiency bonus. All expended uses reset after a long rest.
