Base Class: Bard
Wields a deck imbued with chaotic and random magical cards, the bard draws these cards to cast spells. Which spell gets cast who knows. Deck is an attuned item deeply connected to this bard.
Bonus Proficiencies
When you join the College of Wild Cards at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with three skills of your choice.
Deck of Wild Cards
As a action the bard may choose to draw a card from their wild card deck. When they do they choose a target and draw a card, the spell associated with that card is then cast on that target.
At 3rd level the bard of Wild Cards can draw from the deck they have attuned themselves to. Work with your DM to randomly generate 9(Numbered Cards) spells of 2nd level or lower from all classes, then generate 3(Face Cards) spells of 3rd level from any class randomly, and 1(Ace) spell of any spell level randomly generated. This represents the bards first suit, from which he can now pull. If playing with a full deck of cards just treat every suit as being this on, if playing using dice only try to use a dice with as many sides as cards you've generated(Usually 52 by max level) treating rolls of 1 as the joker.
At level 6 generate a second suit the same way, the bard can choose to add spells of any level to this suit when generating it if he/she has been targeted by the spell at any point in the campaign(DM discretion). These spells replace face cards first and should then number downwards. When using a deck the second suit is the red suits and the first is the black suits.
At level 12 generate 2 new suits to fill the deck, when generating these cards the face cards should be between level 6 and 4 from any class. The number cards should be from level 3 or lower from any class, and the aces can be from any level and any class.
At level 16 you can trade an existing face card or ace of your choice with a spell cast on you when it is cast on you.
Marked Cards
As an action you draw a card of your choice from the wild card deck. You can use this ability once at level 6 then you must long rest to use it again. At level 8 and every two levels thereafter you can use this ability once more before you must long rest. Example 3 times at level 10 and 4 at level 12.
Peerless Skill
Starting at 14th level, when you make an ability check, you can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration. Roll a Bardic Inspiration die and add the number rolled to your ability check. You can choose to do so after you roll the die for the ability check, but before the DM tells you whether you succeed or fail.
