Base Class: Warlock
The mysterious and secretive Fates control all. They weave the tapestry of destiny, each and every thread the life and soul of a real person. You now serve these beings and manipulate the threads of life and death. Whether your search for meaning allowed you to pull back the veil of fate, or you were chosen for this for some higher purpose, you now must wield the power of life and death, be it for good or for evil.

Blind to Fate
At 1st level, you can veil one's eyes to the inner machinations of destiny. As a bonus action, you make a number of creatures equal to your Charisma modifier unable to cast spells of the Divination school for one hour.
Fate Wills It
Starting at 6th level, you gain the ability to manipulate destiny in real time. When you fail an ability check, saving throw, or attack roll, or an enemy succeeds on one, you can use your reaction to add or subtract one of your hit dice to/from the roll. The hit die is consumed by this. You may use this ability a number of times per short/long rest equal to half your proficiency bonus, rounded down.
Destiny Always Comes
Starting at 10th level, when a creature uses an ability to reroll a saving throw, ability check, etc. (such as the Lucky Feat, or Legendary Resistances), you can force them to keep the original roll, consuming that use of their ability in the process. Once you use this ability you cannot do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
Cutting the Thread
At 14th level, you can cut a creature's thread, marking them for fated death. As an action, you bestow the following effects onto one creature you can see:
-The target has disadvantage on all attack rolls they make against you, and on all saving throws against your spells.
-The target must make a Constitution Saving Throw against your spell save DC or take necrotic damage and have their hitpoint maximum reduced by an amount equal to your Warlock Level + Your Proficiency Bonus. They also take one level of exhaustion. On a successful save they take half damage and their HP maximum is not reduced nor do they suffer the level of exhaustion.
-If a creature is reduced to zero hit points while under this effect, they automatically fail two of their death saving throws.
Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
