Base Class: Monk
You follow a monastic tradition that teaches you to harness the elements. When you focus your ki, you can align yourself with the forces of creation and bend the four elements to your will, using them as an extension of your body. Some members of this tradition dedicate themselves to a single element, but others weave the elements together.
Many monks of this tradition tattoo their bodies with representations of their ki powers, commonly imagined as coiling dragons, but also as phoenixes, fish, plants, mountains, and cresting waves.
Elemental magic
Your arcane research and the magic bestowed on you by your patron have given you facility with spells. See chapter 10 for the general rules of spellcasting and chapter 11 for the sorcerer spell list
The table below shows how many monk spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st through 5th level. The table also shows what the level of those slots is; all of your spell slots are the same level. To cast one of your monk spells of 1st level or higher, you must expend a spell slot. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a short or long rest.
For example, when you are 7th level, you have two 2nd-level spell slots. To cast the 1st-level spell burning hands, you must spend one of those slots, and you cast it as a 2nd-level spell.
The Spells Known column of the table below shows when you learn more warlock spells of your choice of 1st level and higher. A spell you choose must be of a level no higher than what's shown in the table's Slot Level column for your level. When you reach 6th level, for example, you learn a new warlock spell, which can be either 1st or 2rd level.
Additionally, when you gain a level in this class, you can choose one of the monk spells you know and replace it with another spell from the monk spell list, which also must be of a level for which you have spell slots.
Wisdom is your spellcasting ability for your monk spells, so you use your wisdom whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Wisdom modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a monk spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
You can use an arcane focus as a spellcasting focus for your monk spells.

Unexpected
Nobody expects the monk to be able to throw elemental spells, catching your enemies off guard.
When you cast a spell that has a saving throw to negate or reduce it's effects, you can spend ki points equal to the spell level to give your targets disadvantage on that saving throw. The target must be able to see the monk cast the spell. As long as the target is able to recognize the monk, it will not be affected by this ability ever again.
Caring
The monk of the 4 elements is caring for it's allies and others.
Whenever you cast a spell that has a area of effect, you can spend 1 ki-point to have it not affect certain creatures in the area. Select up to 1+WIS modifier creatures (which may include yourself), to have them automatically pass for half-damage or negate.
Innovative mind
After learning so many techniques, the monk is able to adjust and recreate an effect he has seen or imagined.
Add one spell from the Wizard spell list, up to 5th level, to your spell's known.
