Bard
Base Class: Bard

The college of Tomfoolery is for those who enjoy just that, tomfoolery. Casting illusions, pulling pranks, and disappearing are all in the college of tomfoolery's bag of tricks.

Oldest Tricks In The Book

When you join the College of Tomfoolery at 3rd level, you learn one additional cantrip. You learn an additional cantrip at 6th and 14th level.  All the cantrips gained with this feature must come from a spell that exists on a non-bard spell list. They count as bard spells for you, but they don’t count against your number of cantrips known.

Shenanigans

Also at 3rd level, whenever you use your bonus action to give an inspiration die, you may also cast a cantrip as part of the same action.

This cantrip must not be cantrip that requires a saving throw or attack roll, unless the spell does not deal damage.

Catch Me If You Can

At 6th level, on any turn you cast a cantrip, your base walking speed is increased by 15ft.

In addition, starting at 6th level, you add your Charisma modifier to the damage you deal with any Bard cantrip.

Major Misdemeanors

Starting at 14th level, whenever a creature within 30ft of you succeeds a saving throw against a spell, you can use your reaction to choose one of the following effects.

  • That creature has disadvantage on its next saving throw against a spell cast by someone other than you.
  • You can spend a spell slot equal to the spell slot used for the spell and cast it at the same target. You do not need to have the spell learned in order to cast the spell.
