Monk
Base Class: Monk

Monks who follow the way of the Sanctified Mind train their minds to be pure, and use their mental powers in battle to gain the upper hand against their opponents. They undergo extreme training, often meditating while their companions try to disrupt their training all in order to cleanse and fully control their conscious and subconscious.

Strike the Mind

At 3rd level, you have learnt to hurt creatures mentally due to your training. Once per turn when you use an Unarmed Strike, you can replace the damage type with Psychic damage equal to your Martial Arts die + Wisdom Modifier.

Calm Soul

Starting at 3rd level after lots of meditation, your mind has become very resistant to uncontrollable emotions, needing more than a little persuasion or horror to disrupt your calmness. You have advantage against being Charmed and Frightened.

Mind Assault

From 6th level onwards, your mental strikes grant you the ability to briefly read a creature's mind, allowing you to anticipate its next moves easily as well as attacking it more easily.  When you use 'Strike the Mind' feature on a creature, you can expend 2 Ki points to gain advantage on attack rolls against that target. The target also has disadvantage on attack rolls against you. These effects end at the start of your next turn.

Fortified Mentality

From 11th level onwards, you know how to be secretive and defend your mind. You gain resistance to Psychic Damage and have advantage in Deception rolls. You also gain Expertise in Deception.

Psychic Retaliation: If a creature tries to Charm or Frighten you and fails, you can use your Reaction, expending 3 Ki points to deal Psychic damage equal to 3 Martial Arts die + Wisdom Modifier and force the creature to make a Wisdom Save. On a failed save, the creature is Stunned until the end of your next turn.

Cleansing Psyche

At 17th level, you gain the ability to purify the minds of creatures, clearing their minds with your Ki.

Cleansing Psyche: Using a Bonus Action, you can expend 4 Ki points to remove Charmed and Frightened effects from a number of creatures equal to your Wisdom Modifier within 45 ft of you(including yourself). These creatures gain resistance to Psychic Damage and cannot be Charmed or Frightened until they take a Short Rest.
