Path of the Silent Predator

Some barbarians stalk their prey and wait for the right moment to strike and attack. They pull back on their high tensile strength bows and release the arrow with pure strength as opposed to precision accuracy. They jump from their place of hiding and destroy everything in their wake.

Power Shot

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you may use Strength for attack and damage rolls instead of Dexterity with ranged weapons. Additionally, when you use a ranged weapon to attack while within 5 feet of a creature or while they are prone you do not suffer disadvantage on the attack.

At the 9th level, you may add your Brutal Critical die to ranged attacks using Strength if the target is within 10 feet.

Hunter's Fury

Starting at the 3rd level,  you gain the following benefits while raging:

• You may use the reckless attack feature on ranged attacks as well as melee attacks.
• When you make a ranged weapon attack using Strength you may add your rage damage bonus if the creature is within 10 feet.

Cover of Darkness

Starting at the 6th level, you gain advantage on Stealth checks. Additionally, you gain darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision from your race, its range increases by 30 feet.

You are also adept at evading creatures that rely on darkvision. While in darkness, you are invisible to any creature that relies on darkvision to see you in that darkness.

Frightful Ambush

Beginning at 10th level, when you make a ranged attack on any creature you were hidden from at the start of your turn you can force them to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC: 8 + your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier) or be frightened of you until the end of your next turn.

You may use this ability twice per short or long rest.

Heartseeker

Starting at 14th level, your ranged attacks score a critical hit on a 19 or 20 and you gain blindsight out to 10 feet. Within that range, you can effectively see anything that isn’t behind total cover, even if you’re blinded or in darkness. Moreover, you can see an invisible creature within that range, unless the creature successfully hides from you.
