Base Class: Monk
Some monks train in the harshest of environments, while others train in monasteries in the elemental plane of air. These monks are known as ‘Storm Callers’ and harness the power of thunder and lightning.
Those who undergo the traditions of the storm caller learn how to harness the power thunder, the speed of lightning, and the call of the storm. As a storm caller you can do a variety of things such as; enhance your attacks made with monk weapons or unarmed strikes with extra lightning damage; channel ki points to unleash a powerful line of thunder; blind enemies with your stunning strikes; and harness the speed and strength of the storm.
Lvl 3 Thunder Fists
You can expend upto 10 ki points to deal lightning damage equal to 1d6*half amount of ki points spent (rounded down). This damage gets added to all damage you make with monk weapons or unarmed strikes for one minute.

A number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest you can channel as many ki points equal to your wisdom modifier to make a ranged spell attack (30ft line) that deals 1d8 of thunder damage per ki point spent. The target has to make a constitution saving throw and if successful takes half damage.
