Practitioners of the Wok search for the prosperity of others. They've learned that to first help others they must help themselves. But in what way. The Way of the Wok was the answer. The Monk prepares meals and imbue them with Ki to help his allies.

Connoisseur

Roll a D100. Gain a random effect.

  • 65 - 100 - Gain 1d8 temporary Health. Every 3 levels after this one,  gain an additional 1d8 temporary Health.
  • 35-64 - Gain 1 bonus damage to your attacks. Every 5 levels after this one, gain an additional damage to your attacks.
  • 10-34 - Gain 1 AC. Every 7 levels after this one, gain 1 AC.
  • 1-9 - Gain All 3 effects.

Feast of the Bonfire

You bring forth a hearty feast, including the most beneficial and healthy ingredients. The feast takes 30 minutes to consume and disappears at the end of that time, and the beneficial effects don't set in until this 30 minutes is over. Up to eight creatures can partake of the feast.

A creature that partakes of the feast gains several benefits. The creature gains bonuses depending on their class. Its hit point maximum also increases by 1d8, and it gains the same number of hit points. These benefits last for 2 hours.

  • Monk - Regains 4 Ki Points
  • Barbarian - Loses an Exhaustion Point
  • Fighter - Regains a charge of Second Wind.
  • Cleric - Gains Advantage on Concentration Checks.
  • Wizard - The Next spell of spell slot 1 or less the Wizard casts is Free.
  • Sorceror - Regains 2 Sorcery Points
  • Warlock - Impose disadvantage on your next spell on your next spell.
  • Paladin - Gain 10 points of Lay on Hands.
  • Rogue - Gain Advantage on your next Skill Check involving Dexterity.
  • Artificer - Gain Advantage on your next spell.
  • Ranger - The rangers next attack deals an additional weapon die.
  • Druid - Gain Advantage on your next skill Check involving Wisdom.
  • Blood Hunter - Gains 1d10 Temporary Health.

Worn in the Elements

The Monk gains Nature and Survival as a skill.

The Monks time over the Wok has built a rugged layer of skin. He has resistance to Fire Damage.

The Monks search for ingredients in the cold mountains caused his buddy to build a layer of tough skin. He has resistance to Ice Damage.

The Monks handling of dangerous herbs and poisonous creatures has allowed him to adapt to dangerous chemicals. He has resistance to Poison Damage.

Forged in the Wok

As a Bonus Action, the Monk may use 3 ki points to generate flames from different parts of his body for 1 minute.

  • Fists - The monks punches deal 1d8 fire damage.
  • Feet - The Monks feet leave around a patch of flames. Creatures that walk through the flame must make a Dex save against the Monks Spell Casting Modifier or take 1d8 Fire damage.
  • Torso - When the Monk is struck by a melee attack, he deals 1d8 fire damage back to his attacker.
