Base Class: Blood Hunter
Other blood hunters in other plans are the hunters of nightmarish beast that their harm the innocent, others hunt down heretics and demon worshipers with zealot zeal, but not does on ravnica. They are the spies and brutal debt collectors and enforcers of the orzhov syndicate abusing their power to do what they please.
Bully
At 3rd level, you take no crap from any one and get what your due, when a creature rolls a deception check on you their roll will be subtracted by your intimidation score
Vial Strike
At 7th level, your willing to get a little rough when dealing with people, you can use a bonus strike to do a extra 1d4 damage with a weapon but creatures have advantage on attack roll against you for the rest of the round.
Life Link
At 11th level, you can use a bonus action to imbue a melee weapon with life link, when a melee weapon has life link the wilder of that melee weapon will gain hit points equal to the damage that the melee weapon dealt to a none construct, undead, or aberration creature
Undead Servent
At 15th level, even after death debt still needs to be payed, When you kill a creature that owes debt to the orzhov syndicate, they will become a ghost that will follow any order that you and a loyal member or ally of the orzhov gives them, when the ghost earns enough money to pay back the debt they will disappear. If they die before the debt is payed they will re spawn in the nearest orzhov syndicate building, you can have 1 + your wisdom modifier.
Soul Eater
At 18th level, You can use a bonus action to destroy one of your ghost servant's to heal back life points equal to the ghost servant hit points, but doing so means you gain that ghost servants debt and when you die with unpayed debt you to will become a ghost servant
