Podium Powerhouse

When you join the College of Speech, you skill with addressing groups of people becomes much more impressive. You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion and Deception) checks made to a crowd of people.

Inspirational Storyteller

Also at 3rd level, your skill with recounting epic tales or weaving inspiring fiction allows you to inspire the hearts of many. After spending a half hour speaking an inspiring story, you may disperse up to half your bardic inspiration (rounded down, Minimum of 1) to other creatures that listen to your story. This inspiration can be used once within 24 hours.

Additionally, you cannot regain these uses of bardic inspiration until the creature has used it or 24 hours have passed. 

Muse for a Moment

Starting at 6th level, when you or an ally within 30 ft. of you score a critical hit, you may use your reaction to distribute inspiration to you to 2 creatures.

Practice Makes Perfect

Upon reaching 14th level, preparing your silver tongue rejuvenates you in an interesting way. You gain 2 additional Bardic Inspiration die. Additionally, you can spend a short rest practicing for further speeches and regain half of your Bardic Inspiration die. Each time you use this feature again before finishing a long rest results in gaining 1 less Bardic Inspiration.
