Monk
Base Class: Monk

Upon first glance, it may seem that the Bulette is the Apex predator of the Lachean Wastes. However, these massive sand sharks are just as often prey as they are predator, thanks to the true king of the desert: The Oozes.

These pockets of living clay would devour anything foolish enough to wander into their area. The Gelatinous Disciples studied the Oozes techniques hoping to apply them against opposing Waster's.

Learning their ways felt unnatural, and took time. But to be fair, it's not like they were going anywhere.

Fluid Form

Your body is no longer bound by the rigid restriction of bones, adding to your durability, but reducing your speed. You lose the speed benefit of unarmored movement, but can add the number of feet to your HP total instead.

You also resist bludgeoning, piercing and slashing damage from non magical weapons when you're not wearing armor.

Patient Predator

When a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can spend a ki point to use your reaction to make one unarmed attack against them.

When the creatures provokes an opportunity attack, you can make two attacks instead of one. If one attack hits, the creature's movement speed is halved. If both attacks hit, the creature's movement speed is reduced to 10 feet.

Slimy Shuffle

Your unorthodox form lends itself to unorthodox movement. Crawling and standing up from prone doesn't require extra movement, you can ignore difficult terrain, and you can end your turn on walls of ceilings without falling.

Hunter's Territory

As an action, you can spend 3 ki points to fill a 30 foot cube centered on your person with slime. For every additional ki point, the sides of the cube increased by 5 feet each. The floor, ceiling and walls are covered in difficult terrain for a minute.

A creature starting its turn standing in the slime must make a Strength saving throw against your Monk DC or be restrained. They can repeat this saving throw at the beginning of each of their turns.

While the cube exists, you can use your bonus action to teleport anywhere inside your cube.

You and a number of allies equal to your wisdom modifier are immune to these effects.
