Base Class: Monk
Hearshotkid02 creation and changed it to some degree. This is how I would want my Brewmaster Monk Class.
Bonus Proficiency
Starting when you choose this tradition at the 3rd level, you gain proficiency with Brewers Supplies and add a set to your inventory.
During Long rest roll Martial Arts die to determine number of brews crafted. Takes 30 minutes to set up and start brewing.
Iron Body
Also at 3rd level, you have hardened your body, allowing you to drink more and shrug off stronger blows. Whenever you drink a brew you created, you regain 1 ki point. Additionally, you can now use your Constitution modifier in place of your Wisdom modifier when determining your ki save, and unarmored defense.
Brew master Concoctions
At 6th level you gain the ability to brew special concoctions to enhance your combat abilities. You learn 2 concoctions starting at 6th level, and learn an additional concoction at 11th, and 17th level. During a long rest you can prepare a number of concoctions equal to your proficiency bonus.
Dragons Breath
An extremely flammable alcoholic substance. When imbibed your stomach churns with a mild burning pain, and then flames roar from your mouth. As an action you can drink this brew, you can then take an action for the next four turns to spit flames. Creature(s) in a 15 foot cone in front of you must make a dexterity saving throw or suffer fire damage equal to 2d6 + your Constitution modifier, or half on a successful save. This damage increases to 3d8 at 11th level, and 4d10 at 17th level.
While you are under the effects of this brew, you must maintain concentration as if concentrating on a spell. If you lose concentration, you harmlessly throw up the remainder of the brew.
Fortified Vitality
A slow flowing, think liquid with a pasty golden color. When imbibed your senses dull, and pain ceases to bother you. As an action, you can drink this brew to fortify yourself. You gain temporary hit points equal to your monk level. While you have these temporary hit points, any damage you take that isn't psychic is reduced by an amount equal to your Constitution modifier (minimum of one).
Iron Skin Brew
When imbibed you feel your muscles flex and tighten, as attacks seem to glance off you. As an action you can drink this brew to give yourself resistance to bludgeoning, slashing, and piercing damage until the end of your 2nd turn and can't be knocked unconscious if your are reduced to 0 hit points while under this effect. You are instead reduced to 1 hit point. When this effect ends, if you would have fallen unconscious under the effects of Iron Skin Brew, you immediately fall unconscious.
Greased Monkey
When imbibed your sense heighten, and the world around you seems to slow down. As an action, you can drink this brew. Until the end of your third turn, you can take the Dash action once on your turn as a free action, and opportunity attacks made against you are made at a disadvantage.
Healing Fire Water
When imbibed, a sense of bliss washes over you as you immediately begin to feel calm. As an action you can drink this brew to gain hit points equal to 2d6 + your Constitution modifier and end one poison or disease affecting you.
This increases to 3d8 at 11th level, and 4d10 at 17th level.
Drunken Flurry
At 11th level, After Drinking a concoction/brew you can fuel your attacks with large amounts of ki. This Ki infused brew fuels your limbs to deliver multiple blindingly fast attacks. Whenever you use Flurry of Blows you may spend up to 5 ki points to make 2 unarmed strikes per point of ki spent as a bonus action up to a maximum of 10.
Effect last for 10 minutes
Stagger
At the 17th level, you have learned to shrug off even the most severe damage. When you take damage, you can spend 2 ki points and use your reaction to reduce the damage to 0.
