Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards from the College of Eleganza, colloquially referred to as Kings, Queens, or Performers are bards that consider their appearance, which is often an exaggerated tribute to femininity, masculinity, or androgyny, as part of their art, allowing them to entertain through comedy, acting, singing, dancing, or even a combination of these performance arts.

Mugging For The Gods

When you choose this Bardic College at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Performance and Persuasion. You also gain experience in the use of a Disguise Kit (Tools).

Extravaganza

A King or Queen requires a full range of motion, and their elegant costumes render them unclockable. While you are unarmored and not wielding a shield, your Armor Class equals 10 plus your Dexterity modifier plus your Charisma modifier.

Read For Filth

You can spin clever insults laced with magic that unsettle a creature and cause it to doubt itself. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration and choose one creature you can see within 30 feet of you. Roll the Bardic Inspiration die. The creature must subtract the number rolled from the next attack roll it makes before the start of your next turn.

Sissy That Walk

Starting at 6th level, whenever you move, creatures attempting an Opportunity Attack against you have disadvantage on the roll.

Reading Is Fundamental

Starting at 6th level, you learn the Vicious Mockery cantrip if you don't already know it, and can cast it as a bonus action once per turn.

Lip Sync Assassin

Starting at 14th level, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration when you cast a spell so that it doesn't require any verbal components. Roll the Bardic Inspiration die. If the spell requires a spell attack roll, you add a number equal to half of the Bardic Inspiration die rolled (a minimum of 1) to your attack roll.
