Way of Red Whale is a way created by the Ancient Chezon Monks and named after the symbol of Ryujaghie Shogunate In the Far Eastern Territories, way of red whale spesificly trained about the Ki and Chakra points of living creatures, they usually decreasing the capability of their enemies instead of dealing serious damage.

(This subclass can be an option if you're playing in Void of Ages Campaign Setting)

Ki Blocking Technique

Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can manipulate your enemy's ki when you harness your own. Whenever you hit a living creature (undeads or constructs doesn't counts) with one of the attacks granted by your Flurry of Blows, you can impose one of the following effects on that target:

  • It must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take d4 penalty to all of weapon or unarmed attack rolls until end of it's next turn.
  • It must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails, the target cannot add dexterity modifier to it's armor class until end of it's next turn.
  • It can't take reactions until the starts of it's next turn.

Negative Ki Manuplation

At 6th level, when a creature (undeads or contructs doesn't counts) is hostile to you tries to regain hit points while in range of 15 feet to you, as a reaction you can spend 2 Ki points for decreasing the healing points to halve of it.

Positive Ki Manuplation

At 6th level, you can manuplate the positive Ki energies of yourself or your allies. You can choose up friendly creatures (Undeads or Constructs doesn't counts) equal to your wisdom modifier in 15 feet of range,  you can spend from your Monk Class hit dices for restoring hit points from your allies or yourself, as an action the choosen creatures regains hit points equal to 1d8 (2d8) + your Wisdom Modifier (you can use one or two hit die per turn), when you do this ability you can make a flurry of blows attack in melee range as a bonus action if you spend 1 Ki point.

Crimson Ki

Beginning at 11th level, you can use your own blood for increasing your spiritual energy with boiling up your Ki points in your body or you can use your Ki to heal a creature. As an action you can take piercing damage equal to Your Proficiency Bonus x d4 for restoring Ki points equal to your Constitution Modifier (minimum of 1), this piercing damage can ignore resistance and immunities, or you can choose a creature in range of touch to restore it's hit points equal to Spended Ki Points x d4, you can spend half of your maximum ki points in one turn for this ability (round down). Also when you gain Ki point with this method you can use your bonus action for making a flurry of blows attack with spending 1 Ki point.

Natural Ki of Sages

At 17th level, you can manuplate the natural Ki in the world by using your own Ki as a catalyst. While you have Ki points (at least 1) you gain resistance to slashing, piercing and bludgeoning damage types also when you use flurry of blows on a Plant, Elemental or Fey type Creature while you have at least 1 Ki point you can regain 1d4 Ki Points.
