Base Class: Sorcerer
In the Norhern-West territories Kingdom of Grøsfen builded a big massive industrial underground kingdom, their industry is the biggest and stronges industry in the main land, but their industry create very big waste toxic materials and liquids, cause of the underground water sources affected by this toxic materials, some folks absorbs the magical toxic and waste materials and gain ability to initiate spell casting with theri radioactive powers.
(This subclass can be an option if you're playing in Void of Ages Campaign Setting)
Toxical Endurance
At 1st level, your hit point maximum increases by 1 and increases by 1 again whenever you gain a level in this class. Also you gain resistance to posion and acid damage types and you are immune to diseased and posioned conditions.
Disease Spreader
Starting at 6th level, when you cast a spell that deals poison or acid damage you can add your charisma modifier to it's damage rolls, when you cast a spell deals poison or acid damage you can spend 2 sorcery points for forcing the target for rolling a constitution saving throw against to your spell saving DC (if the target is immune to disease condition it auto success the saving throw), if the target fails the roll it must take one of Ashen Inflammation, Blood Fever or Bubonic Plague options. If the target success the roll you cannot use this feature on the same target for 48 hours.
Basic Ashen Inflammation: This disease is a mounting fever that eventually consumes its victims in fire. Those coming into contact with infected individuals, or the ash of the immolated victims must make a Constitution saving throw against to your spellcasting DC or become infected. Creatures that do not breath receive advantage on this saving throw.
The symptom of the disease appear in 1d4 + 1 turn, as the infected begin to develop a heavy fever and rash. The infected creature suffers 1 level of exhaustion; while the infected creature has at least 1 level of exhaustion they are also vulnerable to cold damage also it takes 1d4 + 1 fire damage each of it's turn. Disease ends after 1 minute.
Basic Blood Fever: The victim reduces their hit point maximum by 1d10 + your charisma modifier, becomes poisoned until the disease is cured or end, and begins to convulse, literally sweating blood. The victim also hallucinates disturbing visions of violence and death. Every 1d4 round the victim must roll a constitution saving throw against your spellcasting DC, if it fails it must reduce it's hit point for 1d10, also it has disadvantage on intelligence (investigation) and wisdom (perception) skill checks against illusions. Disease ends after 1 minute.
Basic Bubonic Plague: The victim loses 1d4-1 points of constitution and 1d4-1 point of charisma per round, also it must take disadvantage on it's strength (athletics) and dexterity (acrobatic) skill checks for the duration of the disease. Disease ends after 1 minute.
Acidic Deity
At 14th level, you can use your bonus action spending 4 sorcery points for ignoring a target's posion and acid resistance or immunities also poisoned and disease condition immunities. If you infect a creature with your disaes you can restore hit points each round equal to 1d6 + your Constitution modifier per infected creature. Your resistance to poison and acid damage changes to immunities.
Radioactive Plague Master
Beginning at 18th level, you can spend 2 sorcery point for continuing the effect on your target coming from your Disease Spreader feature for 1d6 + 1 rounds. Also each hostile creature ends it's turn in 30 feet range of you can use your rection for forcing the target to roll a constitution saving throw against your spellcasting DC or will take poison damage equal to Your spended sorcerer class hit die + your charisma modifier (you can spend maximum 3 hit die per turn).
