Monk
Base Class: Monk

A city temple nestled within the hustle and bustle of the busy market square is filled with the songs of a holy choir singing the praises of their lord. From the shadows of a nearby ally. Ruffians, up to no good cover their faces with masks hastily made of burlap sacks. Swords and daggers raised high they rush into the well kept temple and make demands of all the denizens within.  Coin, jewelry, knickknacks, and trinkets all hurriedly sequestered into the ruffians bags. The air of the temple became hazy, amidst their hurry and adrenaline they had not noticed the white sage scented smoke filling the air. "Be not hateful, be not lustful, be not prideful, trust in him and he will provide. Love him and he will love you. Protect his flock and shun away the wicked. Guide my wicked hand this day, for i must sin in thy name. I pray for their forgiveness, they know not what they do. I ask not for my salvation as i send them to unto you. In the name of the Day, The night, and the life he has granted. Amen" a man of short stature and thin build dressed in plane brown robes stride from the alter of the temple in his hand a incense censer hangs from a chain swinging back and forth spreading its smoke and scent. "My flock, forgive them. And pray for their salvation." In a flurry, a blinding display of divine retribution erupted amidst the smoky air. one by one the thief's fell, weather by impact of fist, foot, or censer Or by radiant fire they fell. When the violence ended and the ruffians lay broken and beaten upon the temple floor the man relights the incense of his censer. As the smoke fills their lungs they slowly rise back up from the brink of death confused and wracked with the pain of a thorough beating. "If you are hungry, we will feed you. If you are cold, we with clothe you. If you are lost, we will guide you. Try as i might the lord has not seen fit for you to enter his holy temple this day. Take this as a second chance my children." The man in one fluid motions turns back around and wanders slowly back to his alter. And the choir begins to sing once more.
