Path of the Commander

Some barbarians are born leaders, whether as lordly thanes, cruel warlords, or as a dominant force on the battlefield. These warriors combine incredible ferocity with their innate authority and commanding presence, leading through both word and deed. A lone commander can start an uprising or quell an invasion. A commander at the head of a company of allies can change the destiny of civilization itself.

Born Leader

Whenever you make a Charisma (Persuasion) or Charisma (Intimidation) check, you gain a bonus to the check equal to your Strength modifier.

Additionally, you have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Rally to Me!

Starting at 3rd level, you know how to prepare your allies for a coming battle. When you roll initiative and are not surprised, any number of friendly creatures within 60 feet of you can move up to half their movement (rounded down), provided that the creature can see or hear you.

Death and Honor

Starting at 6th level, when you enter your rage, you let out an inspiring war cry. A number of friendly creatures equal to your proficiency bonus within 60 feet that can see or hear you can add your Charisma modifier to their first attack roll made before the end of their turn.

Focus Fire!

At 6th level, you learn to rally your allies to defeat even the toughest of foes. While raging, you can use a bonus action to grant allies advantage on melee attack rolls against a creature you specify within 30 feet until the beginning of your next turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Gruesome Display

At 10th level, when you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hit points, you and all friendly creatures within 60 feet that can see or hear you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus.

Commanding Presence

Starting 14th level, while you are raging, you are under the effect of a crusader's mantle spell.
