Base Class: Blood Hunter
The Fey are often hunted by Blood Hunters. Those who invade from the Feywild into the Material are hunted as the chaos they cause can be irreversible and detrimental to the world. Those who become Fey Infiltrators harness the power of they Fey to sneak and stealth their way amongst their enemies. Members of the Fey infiltrators hide within areas of shadow or silence to strike their foes in vulnerable weak points.
Fey Rites
When you join this order at 3rd level, your infiltration into the fey has gifted you with secret knowledge of the Feywild. You learn the Rite of the Oracle esoteric rite.
Silent Strike
3rd-level Order of the Fey Infiltrator feature
Beginning at 3rd level, once per turn you can expend a use of your Blood Maladict feature to deal an extra 2d6 psychic damage to one creature you hit with a weapon attack imbued with your Rite of the Oracle, if you have advantage on the Attack roll. The attack you make when you use this feature is also silent. You don't need advantage on the Attack roll if another enemy of the target is within 5 feet of it, that enemy isn't Incapacitated, and you don't have disadvantage on the Attack roll.
Alternatively, you may instead lose a number of hit points equal to a number of rolls of your hemocraft die equal to half your proficiency bonus to use this feature, rather than expending a use of your Blood Maladict.
The number of d6’s this ability deals increases equal to the Rogue sneak attack damage table when you gain Blood Hunter levels.
Quick Step
Upon reaching 7th level, you can take the Dash and Disengage action as a bonus action.
Evasion
Beginning at 11th level, when you are subjected to an effect that allows you to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, you instead take no damage if you succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if you fail.
Brand of Stillness
Beginning at 11th level, when you brand a creature with your Brand of Castigation, you do not expend a use of your Blood Maladict to apply your Silent Strike ability to them, provided you have at least one use of your Blood Maladict feature.
If you do not have any uses of your Blood Maladict feature left, your Silent Strike ability costs only one roll of your hemocraft die if the creature with your Brand of Castigation is the target of the attack.
Honed Skills
Starting at 15th level, you’ve honed your skills in infiltration to the point of expertise. You gain proficiency in three of the following skills. If you already have proficiency in one of your selected skills, you may apply double your proficiency bonus to checks made with that skill. This bonus applies to only one selected skill.
Acrobatics, Athletics, Deception, Investigation, Perception, Sleight of Hand, and Stealth
Rite Revival
At 18th level, you can cast the silence spell without expending a spell slot. When you do, the spell is centered on you, out to a range of 10 feet. You can hear and speak normally while within this sphere of silence, but all other creatures are silenced and deafened as normal while within the sphere.
If you and the target of your attack are both in an area of magical silence, you critically strike against that creature on a roll of 19-20, and it takes additional psychic damage equal to your intelligence modifier on each hit you make against it. Additionally, using your Silent Strike ability costs only one roll of your hemocraft die, regardless if they have your Brand of Castigation.
Once you have used this feature you can not do so again until you have completed a long rest.
