Monk
Base Class: Monk

Your relationship to magic is unique : you can manipulate it as it flows around you. Arcane benders learn to understand magic in its purest form, and how to protect themselves and ultimately use a caster's ability against themselves.

Arcane Savant

At third (3rd) level, your training starts by understanding the weave of Arcana. Thus, you gain the proficiency in the Arcana skill.
Moreover, you also gain the ability to cast Identify as a ritual once (1) per long rest and you learn three (3) cantrips from the Sorcerer's spell list. Wisdom is you casting ability for all those spells.

Magic Defenses

At sixth (6th) level, you can use your Deflect Missile and Deflect Missile Attack on spell attacks, and you are immune to the Magic Missile spell.

Arcane Visions

At eleventh (11th) level, as an Action you can use 3 ki points to cast True Seeing.

Arcane Surge

At eleventh (11th) level, if you hit a creature with an unarmed strike, you can use one (1) ki points to add 1d6 force damage. At level 17, it becomes 2d6 force damage.

True Bender

At seventeenth (17th) level, if you succeed in a spell saving throw, you can use your reaction and 5 ki points to force the caster to suffer the effects of the spell you saved against. Your victim must do a spell saving throw as if you casted the spell using your Wisdom ability.
