Base Class: Monk
When following this monastery you become more than a mortal; you become a vessel for the untamed power of four primal animal spirits. When tapping into the spirits' bestial natures, you can harness their unique strengths: The tiger grants him speed and ferocity, the turtle resilience, the bear might, and the phoenix its eternal flame. With their combined power, you can turn back all those who would attempt to harm the natural order.
By choosing this monastery you inherit the powers of the four primal animal spirits, when assuming one of their stances you let the spirit of your choice empower you giving you bonuses in combat.
This tradition uses something called "Stances" which follow a specific set of rules;
A stance is active until you die, go unconscious or activate another stance. As a bonus action, you can spend 2 ki to activate any of your stances.
Effects from your stances all disappear when switching to another stance.
Tiger Stance
Starting when you choose this tradition at 3rd level, you can allow the Tiger spirit to inhabit you. When this stance is active you have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with your unarmed strikes they now do slashing damage. Also immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 1 ki point to cast the Inflict Wounds spell, this spell is cast at a level equal to your proficiency bonus halved (rounded down).
Turtle Stance
At 6th level, you now gain the ability to let the Turtle spirit inhabit your body. When you activate this stance you cast the spell False Life on yourself at a level equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down). Also, you gain AC equal to your Wisdom modifier.
Bear Stance
By 11th level, you now gain the ability to let the Bear spirit inhabit your body. When you activate this stance you cast the spell Longstrider on yourself at level 1. Also, you can use Stunning Strike once per turn without expanding ki points.
Phoenix Stance

When you activate this stance you cast the spell Fire Shield on yourself but can only use the warm shield part of the spell. Also, immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend 1 ki point to cast the Burning Hands spell at a level equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down).
