Base Class: Bard
Bards of the College of Sands are often secretive individuals that use their abilities to manipulate the sleep and dreams of other beings. Their magic also holds sway over the sands of time itself, able to speed time up or slow it down to the point of stopping it.
Bringer of Sleep
When you join the College of Sands at 3rd level, you know the sleep and slumber [ spells. They do not count against your number of spells known. You may use your action to begin to play or sing a lullaby. Make a DC 15 Performance check. If you maintain the song as if concentrating on a spell until the start of your next turn, you may cast sleep or slumber more effectively during that turn. The lullaby may be longer than 1 round if you choose, but the effects do not change with a longer song. If you succeed on the skill check and then cast slumber on a target that heard the song, the target makes its saving throw against the spell with disadvantage. If you succeed and then cast sleep, roll 2d8 and add it to the number of hit points of creatures the spell effects.
Tip The Hourglass

In addition, when you roll for initiative, you roll two dice. Use the one you prefer for your initiative.
