Base Class: Rogue
As a Scoundrel, you utilize your clever wit and quick fingers to seize every opportunity and use and means necessary to get what you want. Some may call you underhanded, but honor doesn't put food in your mouth or money in your hands. Scoundrels believe in guile, profit, and a fast hand. They include anything from common thugs, double agents, and hired blades to specialized spies, criminal leaders, and professional killers.
Double-Dealing
You gain proficiency in your choice of Deception, Intimidation, or Persuasion. If you already have proficiency with it, gain expertise, instead.
In addition, whenever you make a check related to a gaming set, you have advantage on the roll.
Shady Tactics
You have used your shrewdness and nimbleness as an expert crook to develop potent methods of trickery. Whenever you use a bonus action granted by your Cunning Action, you may choose to attempt a skill check to give the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action an additional effect. If you fail, you do not gain the benefits of the bonus action granted by your Cunning Action.
- Dash: No one can evade arrest like you can. Make a DC 15 Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If you succeed, difficult terrain does not cost additional movement for the rest of your turn.
- Disengage: Your larcenous nature bares itself in everything you do. Make a DC 15 Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) check. If you succeed, you can attempt to steal from a creature as part of your Cunning Action.
- Hide: Misdirection is the cornerstone of successful hiding. Make a DC 15 Charisma (Deception) check. If you succeed, you can make the Dexterity (Stealth) check with advantage.
Escape Artist
Escape is an art, and you are a connoisseur on the subject. When you use your Uncanny Dodge feature, you can also move up to half your speed. This movement doesn't provoke opportunity attacks.
In addition, your walking speed increases by 10 feet.
Cheap Shot
As you reach 13th level, you use dirty tricks and low blows to make sure you get a blow in. When you make an attack that would benefit from your Sneak Attack, you can consume your Sneak Attack die and instead add it to the attack roll. You can choose how many Sneak Attack die you want to use after seeing the original roll, but before the outcome is determined.
Skullduggery
When you reach 17th level, you are a master miscreant. You gain a free use of your Cunning Action each turn that does not consume any resources.
In addition, you have advantage on your skill checks to use your Shady Tactics.
