Base Class: Rogue
Most adventurer's who call themselves Rogues prefer to move and fight with a precision and speed unmatched by most, but those who take up this archetype have little time for such niceties. These fighters prefer a brtual fighting style, getting up close and personal and landing savage blows that leave ther enemies reeling in pain.
Crowd Brawler
3rd-level Brute feature
Fighting in the streets has taught you that sometimes the best weapon is a simple fist. Your unarmed strikes deal 1d6 bludgeoning on a hit and you can use Dexterity instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes. You can now use your Sneak Attack against a creature you have hit with an unarmed strike.
You gain an additional way to use your Sneak Attack; you don't need to have advantage on the attack roll against a creature if you are within 5 feet of it, one of its allies within 5 feet of you or it, and you don't have disadvantage on the attack roll. All other rules for Sneak Attack still apply to you.
Bob and Weave
3rd-level Brute feature
Using quick reflexes you duck between each swing. Once per turn, when a creature makes an attack against you, you can move up to 5 feet without provoking opportunity attacks (no action required).
Streetfighter's Gall
9th-level Brute feature
You swing faster and harder, landing solid hit after solid hit. You gain a +1 bonus to your attack and damage rolls made with your unarmed strikes. This bonus increases by 1 at 13th and 17th level.
Additionally, when you successfully grapple or shove a creature, the creature takes bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice).
Rhythm of Battle
13th-level Brute feature
With each successful block and counter, your confidence rises along with your agility. Whenever a creature misses you with an attack or you succeed on a Strength, or Dexterity saving throw, you gain a +1 bonus to your AC until the start of your next turn (up to a maximum bonus equal to half your rogue level).
In addition, when you use your Bob and Weave feature, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against the attacking creature.
Crippling Blow
17th-level Brute feature
Your heaviest of blows break your foes bodies. When you score a critical hit against a creature, you may impose one of the following effects on the creature for 1 minute, or until it uses an action to steady itself:
Shatter Ribcage. The creature has its chest broken internally as it begins to spit up blood. Whenever the creature is hit by an attack, it takes additional damage equal to its Constitution modifier.
Dislocate Shoulder. The creature's shoulder is forced out of its socket, leaving its arm useless. Regardless of the creature's abilities or magic items, it can't make more than one melee or ranged attack during its turn.
Crack Jaw. You crack a powerful blow across the creatures face, leaving its mouth limp. The creature can't verbally communicate in any intelligible way and can't perform verbal components of spells.
Break Kneecap. You land a blow on the inside of the creature's leg, breaking its knee and leaving its leg crippled. The creature has its movement reduced to 0, it has disadvantage on Dexterity and Strength saving throws and melee weapon attacks against the creature have advantage.
