Bards of the College of Hardclips are

Family Knowledge

When you join the College of the Hardclips at 3rd level, you gain proficiency in Arcana and Performance. If you already have proficiency in either or both of these skills, double your proficiency bonus for any ability check you make that uses Arcana or Performance.

Loopback

Beginning at 3rd level, you gain the ability to capture and repeat sections of time. When a creature you can see hits you with an attack, you can expend one use of your Bardic Inspiration to use your reaction to force that creature to reroll. The sound of a record scratching flows from your instrument.

Vocal Shot

Also at 3rd level, you can shout out to an ally to bolster their resolve. As a bonus action, you can give an ally you can see within 60 feet of you advantage on their next attack roll. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1). You regain any expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Warp

Also at 6th level, you gain the ability to remix the world around you. As an action, you can choose any two creatures that you can see within 60 feet of you, and swap their positions. Hostile creatures must succeed on a Charisma saving throw against your bard spell save DC to avoid the effects of this feature. If any target succeeds, the effect fails.

Once you use this feature you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Frequency Manipulation

Through your study, you are now able to control the movement of sound in the space around you. Starting at 14th level, you can use your action to start playing a song of evocation. When you do so, choose one of the following benefits, which lasts until you are incapacitated or you take a short or long rest. You can't use the feature again until you finish a short or long rest.

Echolocation. You can see invisible creatures and objects within 30 feet of you that are within line of sight.

Melodic Sight. You choose a number of creatures you can see equal to your proficiency bonus, those creatures gain magical darkvision out to a range of 60 feet.

Aura of Sound. When a creature you can see moves into a space within 15 feet of you or starts its turn there, you can use your reaction to deal 1d10 thunder damage to that creature unless it succeeds a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC.

Deften. Other than your song, no sound can be created within or pass through a 15 foot radius sphere centered on you. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it. Casting a spell that includes a verbal component is impossible.
