Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

A brute is a straightforward warrior who relies on mighty attacks and their own sturdy durability to overwhelm their enemies. Some brutes combine their innate might with intelligent tactics. Others just hit things until those things stop moving. The solution to every problem is brute force. If you fail to solve the problem, you merely haven't used enough brute force.

Brute Force

Starting at 3rd level, your hits have an incredible amount of brute force behind them. Whenever you hit with a weapon that you’re proficient with, you deal an amount of extra damage based on your level in this class, as shown on the Brute Bonus table.

Brutish Durability

Starting from 7th level, your inborn fortitude allows you to be unaffected by even the most intense of onslaughts. Whenever you make a saving throw, roll 1d6 and add the number rolled to the saving throw.

If applying this bonus to a death saving throw increases the total roll to 20 or higher, you gain the benefits of rolling a 20 on the die.

Additional Second Wind

At 10th level, you gain another use of your Second Wind feature.

Destructive Critical

Beginning at 15th level, when you score a critical hit with a weapon attack, you deal additional damage equal to your level in this class.

Endurance

At 18th level, you become nigh impossible to bring down. At the start of each of your turns, you regain Hit Points equal to 5 + your Constitution modifier if you have no more than half of your Hit Points left. You don’t benefit from this feature if you are at 0 Hit Points.
