Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Many barbarians find solace and guidance in spirit animals, although they usually follow the more savage animals. A very select few though have found that another way to dominate a battlefield is to embrace the teachings of the mysterious and glorious hedgehog.

Spirit Seeker

Yours is a path that seeks attunement with the natural world, giving you a kinship with beasts. At 3rd level when you adopt this path, you gain the ability to cast the beast sense and speak with animals spells, but only as rituals.

Moving Spirit

At 3rd level, when you adopt this path, you choose a hedgehog as your totem spirit and gain its feature. You must make or acquire a physical totem object—an amulet or similar adornment—that incorporates fur, feet, claws, teeth, spines, or bones of the totem animal. At your option, you also gain minor physical attributes that are reminiscent of your totem spirit.

Hedgehog: You embrace the hedgehog and your speed permanently increases by 10ft. While you are raging you are able to use a bonus action to make an extra melee attack. You also have 30ft of darkvision.

Aspect of the Atelerix

At 6th level, you gain a magical benefit based on the totem animal of your choice. You can choose the same animal you selected at 3rd level or a different one.

Hedgehog: You gain natural spines that cover your body giving you a permanent +2 to your AC if you're using Unarmored defense. If you are hit by a melee attack your spines do 1d4 points of piercing damage. Also if you succeed a Dexterity saving throw using your Danger Sense ability you take no damage. Additionally your unarmed strikes do 1d6+ your Strength modifier of piercing damage.

Spirit Walker

At 10th level, you can cast the commune with nature spell, but only as a ritual. When you do so, a spiritual version of one of the animals you chose for Totem Spirit or Aspect of the Beast appears to you to convey the information you seek.

Rapid Attunement

At 14th level, you gain a magical benefit based on a totem animal of your choice. You can choose the same animal you selected previously or a different one.

Hedgehog: While raging you can use a bonus action to give yourself the benefits of the Haste spell for one minute. You can use this ability once per long rest. Also while raging you have a burrowing speed equal to half your movement speed. Creatures of your size and smaller can travel in your burrows if they succeed a Dexterity saving throw with a DC of 15. If failed the creature is knocked prone, if successful they can traverse your tunnels but their speed is halved. You aren't hindered when moving through your tunnels.
