Twisted Tunes
6th level College of Insanity feature

At 6th level, you have learned to steal bits of information when you seed your insanity in others. As your chaos inspires them, you've gotten glimpses of their mind...so very different than your own. You may choose two spells, that you have the spell slots for, from any spell list. These count as bard spells for you.

They may not be traded out when leveling up, however.

Madness Well
14th level College of Insanity feature

Starting at 14th level, you have learned how to harness the madness to fuel an exchange between brands of chaos. As a bonus action you can turn one of your uses of inspiration into a chaotic note, or turn a chaotic note into an use of inspiration.
