Fighter
Base Class: Fighter

As a lone wolf you are use to being in control of your own life and doing things your way. Perhaps you like to adapt in a way that helps yourself only or perhaps you were forced into a life of solitude due to being a fugitive or being on the run from something that can take many faces or that has many followers and it's hard to trust anyone. You have learned to watch out for only yourself and you know how to manipulate the battlefield to favor yourself when you have no one else's safety to worry about. Even though you often travel alone it doesn't mean you can't group up with others though you likely wander off from the group from time to time and may need more time in order to get use to working as a team.

Lone Fighter

At 3rd level your battles fighting alone have shaped you to better fight alone. When there are no allies around you that could impede your abilities you are able to use your agility, strength, smarts or environment to make it harder for you to be hit. When no allies are within 5 feet of you, you gain a +1 to AC which becomes a +2 at 6th level, a +3 at 12th level and a +4 at 17th level.

Also while fighting alone if you are fighting with more than one enemy within 5 feet of you or you are fighting with an obstacle such a tree or wall within 5 feet of you, each attack against you has disadvantage against you as you use your surroundings and movements of your enemies to confuse and disrupt the movement of their strikes.

Driven Loner

At 7th level whether you are a loner by choice, through force, or necessity you have still begun to get use to this lifestyle and begin to absentmindedly avoid any companions you may be traveling with for whatever reason. Your movement speed increases by 5 feet and in combat, if an ally gets within 10 feet of you on their turn you may spend a reaction to move up to half your movement.

If you travel with no companions or have gone off on your own, you are able to do more than what you normally do as you are unhindered by having to wait or care for another. You are able to travel through rough terrain without being hindered and your move speed increases by 10 feet as long as you travel with no allies.

Battle Manipulation

At 10th level, after fighting alone for sometime, you have begun thinking in a way that keeps you ahead of the opposition by further manipulating their movements. When fighting more than one opponent, if an enemy misses a strike against you, you can spend a reaction to keep the enemies momentum pushing forward to strike another target within the attackers range. The attacker must make another roll to hit against the new target however the modifier used in the attack and damage is your own instead of the attackers modifier.

This ability also works on ranged strikes from an arrow, crossbolt or bullet however it can only target a creature within 10 feet of you and loses 1d4 worth of the damage every 5 feet it travels after you manipulate the attack. This reaction does not work on any long ranged magic attacks but it does work on any touch ranged magic attacks such as inflict wounds.

Adrenaline Rush

At 15th level your battles alone have forced you to begin pushing past your limits as those fights begin getting more difficult. As a free action, only when you are fighting with no allies within 10 feet of you, you can take one extra reaction per turn getting a total of 2 reactions per round. You can only do this a number times equal to your proficiency bonus which resets after a long rest.

Total Loner

At 18th level you have gotten so use to living and fighting alone that you have had to force yourself to go further than your limits than ever before to keep up with the creatures that pursue you or that you pursue. Whenever you are at least 25 feet from any allies you can spend a bonus action on your current turn to force yourself to act further than you ever have. Upon spending this bonus action once you have ended your current turn you instantly gain one free reaction to use on the next persons turn until the end of your next turn, this reaction does not take away from the 2 reactions you can already take. Next, Immediately after the next enemy takes their turn you get a second turn in this round and can act out a normal turn. After a battle that you have used this ability in, you gain one point of exhaustion from the overexertion after the adrenaline of battle has subsided. This ability can only be used once a day and is reset at the end of a long rest.

After using the bonus action you may use more than just your free reaction as you wait for your second turn. You also gain any reactions you used other than the free reaction back at the end of your second turn.
