Seen as heretics by other schools, the School of Delicacies is quickly making it's ways known in the kitchens. This school adores nothing more then spreading joy in mind, and in stomach.
Mantle of Magical delicacies
When you join this class at level three, you can take a short rest to make one piece of food per bard level containing one spell of your choice. This can then be eaten by the creator or someone of their choice for a bonus action, adding that spells effect to them for a duration of hours=to half your bard level. you can use this feature an amount of times equal to your charisma modifier per short rest.
When you use your bardic inspiration, you describe a dish you might make involving one hostile creature of your choice, which allows the target to add their inspiration die to damage dealt to that target.
In addition, you have proficiency in cook's supplies, and use these to cast your bard spells in place of an instrument.
The Master of Magic tastes
At third level, You now know the spell "Create food and water", and can cast it as a free action ignoring spell slots an amount of times equal to your bard level. Food created this way will grant four temp hit points to whoever takes an action to eat it, save they have not been under this effect already for that day.
The temp HP expands by 2 points at level 6, 8, and 10.
The Allure of food
At sixth level, Thanks to your superior tastes, at level 6 Poisons and potions will always reveal themselves to you, and you can use them to your advantage. Now you can always pass checks to identify a substance on objects or in food without consequence. In addition, you can also infuse any potion or poison you have in your inventory to food created with the master of magic tastes class feature. Enemies have disadvantage on identifying food poisoned in this way.
As an action, you can place poisoned food down, and imbue it with a charm to attract one target of your choice to eat. This target must succeed a charisma saving throw, or spend one turn eating the poisoned food, during which it will continue to eat regardless of damage. This feature expends one use of your inspiration die.
The superior chef
At 14th level, you have mastered the magic craft of food.
Once per long or short rest, You can surround yourself with delicious smells for one minute, distracting your foes.
When a creature begins it's turn within ten feet of you, it must make a wisdom save or have disadvantage on any check or saving throw for that turn.
