Starting at 1st level, you gain proficiency in light and medium armor, light and finesse weapons, you have 30 ft base movement speed.

1st level you can have the teleport 10 ft as a free action, 20 ft as a bonus action or 30 ft as an action.

You arrive at exactly the spot desired. It can be a place you can see, one you can visualize, or one you can describe by stating distance and direction, such as 5 feet straight downward or upward to the northwest at a 45-degree angle, 10 feet. If you are entering or leaving the range of an enemy, they get an attack of opportunity against you.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a short rest.

Quantum Leap

Starting at 4th level, if you make a successful melee attack, you can teleport to an adjacent space from an enemy within 15ft.  On a failed attack, the target gets an opportunity attack and you cannot move next round. You can use this ability the number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per short rest.

When attacked roll a 1d6 and add it to your AC for the round.

Tornado of Souls

Starting at 6th level, as a bonus action you can open a temporary portal between two areas within 30 ft. you can see allowing you to move from one such area to another without crossing the intervening space. Doing this uses up your movement for the turn, regardless of the distance traveled. Moving in this manner does not draw opportunity attacks. Can be used a number equal to your proficiency bonus per day. You can spend 1 sorcery point to add 10 ft between the portals

You learn the ability Tornado of Souls.

Whenever you use a class movement ability each creature within 5 ft., other than you, must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 force damage.

The abilities damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).

Storm Shadow

At 14th level, you learn the spell scatter. This spell counts as a sorcerer spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of sorcerer spells you know.

Additionally, you gain a special reaction that you can use when you cast a spell or are subjected to a harmful effect. You have the following two options for this reaction.

  • You cast the spell scatter with a casting time of one reaction
  • You become barely seen blinking particles that arc toward a target of your choice that you can see within range. You blink from that target to as many as three other targets, each of which must be within 30 feet of the last target. A target must make a Dexterity saving throw with disadvantage. Each target takes 8d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
  • At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, you can blink to one additional target for each slot level above 6th.

Once you use this reaction, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you spend 3 sorcery points to use it again.
