Base Class: Artificer
Consuming the world around you in an endless hunger and creating a new world from within. The Elemental Consumer has the abilities to become a bottomless pit and spit-out what you eat for later use. Being able to learn from the magical properties of objects and bestow them to new ones.
Hunger
You never feel satiated. Your can eat tiny objects and weapons made of metal, glass, gems, bone, and chiton up to your carrying capacity in weight. These objects will magically disappear from within you after you complete your next long rest.
Innate forge
Once per short or long rest you can utilize the objects stored within you to produce a non-magical item that must include the material you have consumed. The item is constricted to: a simple or martial weapon, a suit of armor, ten pieces of ammunition, a set of tools, or another tiny object. The weight and value of the item cannot exceed the weight and value of the items you have consumed. Once you do this, the items stored within you that have not been used disappear.
Gourmet Arcane
You gain the ability to consume magical items. When you do so you are able to remove one property of the item and bestow it upon another item of your choosing if you know the properties before hand, such as with an identify spell. You can remove the ability of magical items of Common rarity. All properties stored within your body vanish after you complete a long rest.
Any properties that grant the user the ability to cast a spell are carried over when bestowed to a new item. Properties of items must be bestowed onto likewise items, such as a rings magical property only being able to be given to another ring, etc.
Consuming sentient items requires a successful Charisma and Constitution check verses the Sentient item, a failure resulting in 1d6 x your level in psychic damage and not being able to consume the item.
At higher levels you are granted the ability to remove and bestow properties of higher tier items: Uncommon at 8th, Rare at 11th, Very rare at 14, and Legendary at 17th.
Bizarre Eating
You gain the ability to consume the flesh of living creatures. When you do so, you gain: temporary hit points equal to the CR of creature you consumed (this does not stack), and as long as you have the creatures flesh inside you, you can transform into the creature if it meets the requirements of the disguise self spell. This transformation can also allow you to turn into the sizes of small or medium and up to 3 feet shorter or taller. You also gain the spell polymorph and can cast it at 4th level once per day, resetting after a long rest. You can use additional spell slots of 4th level or higher to continue casting this spell.
In addition to this feature, you are able to remove the magical properties of a creature, granted they have a magical property that was given to them from a magical item within the rarity you can consume.
Glutton Elementalist
Harnessing so many magical abilities has given you adverse effects. You gain resistance to force damage. In additional to this, you are able to eat objects of small or medium. When you hit a creature with an attack, you can expel stored objects at the creature for an extra 2d6 bludgeoning damage per 25lbs of weight.
