Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

Barbarians that follow the Path of Draconic Fury have witnessed the potency of a dragon's capacity for battle and destruction. They tap into the essence of the wyrm's most basic instincts and physical features, channeling them into rage induced abilities. They might conjure talons, scales, and even wings that emulate their beast of fervor.

Draconic Rage

Also at 3rd level, you can channel draconic fury into your unarmed strikes. When you enter your rage and you are not holding weapons, your fingers grow viscous talons which you can use as simple melee weapons. You have proficiency with these talons and add your strength modifier to the attack and damage rolls. Your talon attack deals 1d6 slashing damage on a hit. Once on each of your turns when you make a talon attack using the Attack action, you can make one additional talon attack as part of the same action. These talons disappear when your rage ends.

Spectral Talons: At level 6 when you enter a rage, spectral energy in the color of your chosen dragon type overlays your hands forming dragon paws that move with your hands and fingers. Your talon attacks now do an additional 1d4 damage of the type associated with your chosen dragon. This extra damage increases to 1d6 at 12th level, then to 1d8 at 18th level. In addition, your talon attacks now count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance or immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage.

Presence of the Dragon

Starting at 6th level, you emanate a magical aura while you rage. The aura extends 15 feet from you in every direction, but not through total cover. Up to 5 other creatures of your choice within your aura gain resistance to the damage type associated with your chosen dragon.

Frightful Roar

Beginning at 10th level, you can use your action to demoralize other creatures by exuding a menacing bellow. When you do so, choose up to five creatures that you are aware of within 30 feet of you. If the chosen creatures can hear you, each must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) or be frightened of you for one minute. A frightened creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature succeeds on its saving throw or the effect ends for it, it is immune to the effects of your Frightful Roar feature for the next 24 hours.

Humanoid vocal cords are not meant to roar with the intensity of dragons, however. Each time you use your frightful roar, roll a constitution saving throw to see if you lose your voice. The first time you use this feature the DC is 10 and increases by 5 for each additional time you roar after the first. If you fail the saving throw, you cannot speak above a whisper for 1 hour, and you cannot use this feature again until you finish a long rest. The DC is reset when you finish a long rest.

Claim the Skies

While you're raging, large phantom wings that match your chosen dragon's emerge from your shoulder blades granting you the ability to fly. You have a flying speed of 40 feet.

Also while you’re raging, you can beat your wings to buffet those around you. As an action, you cause each creature within 5 feet of you to make a Dexterity Saving throw (DC=8 + your proficiency bonus + your strength modifier). Creatures that fail take bludgeoning damage equal to 2d6+your strength modifier and are knocked prone.
