Base Class: Barbarian
This type of barbarian is used to one path in life, and that is death. He walks people there, and one day knows he will have to walk through that door eventually. He takes no joy in doing his job (Unless he does), and dependent on the crowd, he may either find relief that he has removed a vile thing from this world from the cheers of the people, or shame from the many cries of the innocent for what his hands have done. All of his personality and whoever he may be is washed away when he dons the Hood of Execution, for he has a job to do, and when that clock strikes its final toll, its time for the sendoff.
Hood of Execution
Upon reaching 3rd level, you can use a bonus action to Don the Hood of Execution (IF you haven't raged, you can rage and Don the Hood of Execution as a free action, otherwise it is a bonus), you can target one creature within 60 ft of you. A bell tolls, and you then instill the fear of death to that target. They are automatically frightened even if they are immune to fright. They can make the save DC 8+Prof+Con on the start of their turns, but even on the save their heart beats erratically, sweat glistens from their brow, and a fear that has become a parasite inside them will not leave until you take the hood off. So long as you wear the hood, this becomes your target for Execution, and you will receive buffs to your abilities against this target, and this target alone. Should your hood somehow be taken off of your head, or you fall unconscious with the hood on, the fear is turned into pride for having defeated death, and the target is immune to your Hood of Execution until your next long rest (They are no longer your Target for Execution).
Long rest to regain the Hood of Execution
You will obtain these additional's while wearing the hood:
You have advantage on fright saves
You will obtain these additional's against the target for Execution while wearing the hood:
Frenzy attack: You can make an additional attack as a bonus action
Add an extra weapon die to one of your attacks that hit on your turn (Not on an opportunity attack)
If you have a reaction and the target moves away from you (Including magical teleportation up to 30 ft away, the length of your Hangman's Noose), you can make an opportunity attack with your Hangman's Noose, dealing 1D12 bludgeoning damage on a hit, but you are considered to have the sentinel feat against your target for Execution (Noose Only). (This class will bar your ASI from ever being sentinel, you will never be allowed to get sentinel) This attack will not be subject to any additional damages this subclass gives you, it is just a normal attack roll. You seemingly grapple them with a noose and pull them back for Execution, death is on a time frame. You may not use your Hangman's Noose for any other purpose, unless of course you mean to hang with it.
Beheader
Upon reaching 6th level, your target for Execution (try as they might) attempt to fend off their fate as most criminals tend to do. This does not appease you. Not one bit. While you have your Hood of Execution donned, and your target for Execution has been chosen, you can deal extra damage once per turn on a hit you make to behead them. You deal your barbarian level worth of extra damage to the target. You can only do this if an attack you make on your turn is a hit, and only against your Target for Execution.
Bloody Judgement
Upon reaching 10th level, after making an attack that hits, you can use your reaction to heal 1D12+barbarian level. On a crit, this heal is doubled. You can do this an additional time at 18th level. Short rest to Regain.
Decapitation
Upon reaching 14th level, should your target for Execution die whether it be your hand or another's (And their body is intact after the attack, unlike from the spell Disintegrate), you can use your reaction to move the distance required (up to your movement speed, or use your action for your next turn to Dash now) and decapitate your Target for Execution. The final toll sounds just before you strike, and the fear of death is made into reality for your target. You can then choose a target within 60 ft of you, and make them your Target for Execution so long as they saw this beheading (This would include any sight that can detect a beheading, including blind sight), transferring the fear to them.
