Barbarian
Base Class: Barbarian

The Path of the Precise is a path of quick and near surgical savagery. Marked with an wavering intense stare, the precise barbarian strikes foes without mercy or a second thought.  A precise barbarian can jump on a weakness of an enemy or debilitate a foe with ease.  Attention to just one foe can leave them more exposed to others.

Precision Strikes

Starting when you choose this path at 3rd level, you can go into a focused mindset when you rage. If you do so, for the duration of your rage your attacks can use your DEX modifier and deal an extra 1d4 precision damage.

You can reckless attack with dexterity-based attacks. You can also apply your rage damage to these attacks. They no longer need to be strength-based attacks. You can add the precision die to any attack but can only add rage damage to melee attacks.

This state makes you less aware of attacks not coming from your target. Enemies other than ones you have attacked this turn get advantage against you until the end of your turn.

Debilitating Wounds

Before you attack you can choose an extra effect to inflict upon your target in place of the extra damage granted by your precision die. You can choose a different effect on each attack, but you must choose before you make the attack.  If nothing is said before the attack is made, the precision die will deal extra damage in place of an effect. On a critical you roll, your extra precision die is rolled twice and applied to the same effect or damage. Consecutive penalties stack.

Sunder You strike your foe to weaken their defense. Slashing at a strategic point you make a temporary weakness. Your precision die value lowers your targets AC by that much until the end of your next turn. AC cannot be lowered to less than 8.

Hobble You pummel the legs of your target. Your precision strike die value lets you remove 5ft of movement per point from the target until the end of your next turn.

Weakening Shot Targets the offense by slashing at the arms. Lower the attack bonus of the creature by the amount the value of your precision die until the end of your next turn.

Head Hunter Aim for the brain. Head spinning, ears ringing, and vision blurred. Target gets one of three penalties per precision die.

-A penalty to concentration checks made against this attack equal to the value of your precision die.

-Limit vision to target to 40ft minus an additional 5ft per value on the precision die. Lasts until the end of your next turn. Vision cannot be less then 5ft.

-Give target disadvantage on attacks of opportunity for a number of rounds equal to half your precision die value. Minimum of one round.

The target is aware of these conditions being active and if they are no longer active.

Improved critical

You now critical hit on a 19 or a 20 on a d20 attack roll.

Prey Sense

Starting at 14th level, you get blind sense 10ft. Your senses become keen. The sound of a heartbeat, the shifting of a body, the smell of blood, the taste of prey in the air, these become as reliable as your eyes within a short distance.
