Through constant training of your soul you've found the inner parts of your soul you have gained the ability to manifest the inner storm to fight alongside you.

Lightning Strikes

3rd-Level Way of the Inner Storm

You can channel your inner storm to draw out the power within. You gain the following benefits:

Fists of Lightning. When you damage a target with an unarmed strike or a weapon attack, you can spend a ki point to add +2 to your damage roll for 1 minute.

Body of Thunder. You gain resistance to lightning damage

3rd-Level The way of the Inner Storm

You learn of the inner storm within you, speeding around, you learn to surround yourself with your inner storm to increase your speed and reaction. You can use a reaction and 2 ki points to add a +1 to your dex saves and your ac to incoming damage along with moving up to 10ft that does not provoke opportunity attacks that scale up at 6th and 14th level.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest. While you have no uses available, you can spend 4 ki points to use this feature again.

Devastating Strikes

6th-Level Way of the Inner Storm

When you strike someone while your Lightning Strikes are active, you can push someone back 10ft once per turn in any direction.

 

Shield of Lightning

11th-Level Way of the Inner Storm

The power of your Inner Storm now radiates from you, warding yourself or inspiring destruction in your enemies. As a bonus action, you can create an aura of lightning energy that radiates 10 feet from you for 1 minute. For the duration, you gain one of the following effects of your choice:

Pulsating Presence. When you create this aura, when a creature starts its turn within the aura they make a DEX save or take 3d8 lightning or half as much on a successful save against your ki save DC.

Defensive Light. When you make this aura you can spend a bonus action to compress it to a shield that increases your ac by 3 and on the first strike after making this, any creature within the 10ft radius must make a DEX save or take 2d8 lightning damage or half as much on a successful save

Once you create this aura, you can’t create it again until you finish a long rest, unless you expend 3 ki points to create it again.

Lightning Form

17th-Level Way of the Inner Storm

Your Inner Storm reaches its peak. You gain the following benefits:

Lightning Ascension. You can spend 7 ki points to enter a stage of enlightenment, this lasts 1 minute enhancing your lightning strikes allowing them to deal 2d6 damage instead of 2.

Enhanced Speed. With your bodies speed enhancement, you're movement speed is doubled. Along with advantage on DEX saves, while also being able to take the dodge action as a free action by spending 1 ki point.
