Base Class: Cleric
The Torrick Rings circle the world of Nue'Thas, guiding sailors, wanderers and intriguing the minds of astronomers around the globe. The rings inspire people of all sorts with their stability and are praised as a physical manifestation of protection against outside forces. A dwarven astronomer by the name of Torrick Starvein was the first to study and fully map the rings, centuries before the Gods War. After the global upheaval caused by the divine war, Starvein's works were discovered once again by an androsphinx named Nebyurillis and were disclosed to the world. In recognition of his great achievements, the rings were named after the long deceased dwarf and Nebyurillis founded a temple in the mountains of Ziramei. This temple was lead by the androsphinx who dedicated himself to the study of the rings and Starvein's Tomes before disappearing.
Clerics of the Ring Domain are taught to strive for balance and are trained to be both a shield and a beacon for those around them. These clerics’ blessings help teach people to maintain healthy boundaries, and the clerics’ magic protects those who fight for balance within the orbiting rings.

Barycentric Being
1st-level Ring Domain feature
You gain proficiency in the heavy armor.
Orbital Spheres
1st-level Ring Domain feature
Your awareness envelopes your allies, providing a sense of safety from what would harm them. As a reaction, you can choose to roll a Wisdom saving throw with a DC 10 + your proficiency bonus to catch an incoming ranged attack roll that targets a creature within 30 ft. of you, incasing the attack in a sphere of divine energy that then rotates around your person on a success. You can have a maximum number of orbital spheres equal to your proficiency bonus at any given time and while you have any number of active spheres, your speed is 0. On future turns, you can expend an orbital sphere to empower a healing or damage dealing spell by a number of d4s equal to your proficiency bonus. An orbital sphere can be maintained for 10 minutes.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
Channel Divinity: Rings of Nebyurillis
2nd-level Ring Domain feature
You can use your Channel Divinity to materialize the concept that encapsulates your object of faith. As an bonus action, you can summon protective rings of radiant energy around a target within 30 feet of you. For 1 minute, until you are incapacitated or you die, all attacks rolls made against the target are made with disadvantage and they gain a bonus to their AC equal to half of your proficiency bonus rounded down. On subsequent turns you can change the target of the rings to another creature within range as a bonus action.
Force Rings
6th-level Ring Domain feature
When a spell empowered by your Orbital Spheres feature deals damage, you can force the targets speed to be reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn. When a spell empowered by your Orbital Spheres feature heals a target, their speed is increased by 10 feet until the end of their next turn.
Torrick Stability
6th-level Ring Domain feature
Your increased understanding and connection to the Torrick Rings of Nue'Thas bolsters your concentration. While you have one or more active Orbital Spheres, you gain advantage on all Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration of a spell due to damage.
Potent Spellcasting
8th-level Ring Domain feature
You add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.
Meteor Rush
17th-level Ring Domain feature
When you have Orbital Spheres active you no longer have a penalty to your movement speed. Moreover, your speed increases by 5 ft. for each sphere you are maintaining.
