Base Class: Blood Hunter
The Blood hunter orders are known for their use of hemocraft, however, due to concerns for the wellbeing of the blood hunters themselves, the use of more powerful hemocraft is limited. The Order of the Blood Warrior removes those limits. More concerned with their effectiveness than their own safety, members of the Order of the Blood Warrior often come off as brash, but their seemingly reckless use of hemocraft gives them an advantage both on and off the battlefield.
Weapon of Blood
When taking this subclass at level 3, you gain the following benefit. Upon the activation of your crimson rite, the weapon it is applied to gains a +1 bonus to both attack and damage rolls. This bonus stacks with others of the same kind, but can not exceed +3.
Blood Enhancement
At 3rd level, as an action, you manipulate your own blood flow, increasing any one ability score by +2 for 10 minutes. You take one hemocraft die of damage upon activating this ability and make a constitution saving throw equal to 15 minus your intelligence modifier when the effect ends or take one additional hemocraft die of damage as your body experiences the strain of adjusting to the manipulated blood flow. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your intelligence modifier. Your uses are rest on a long rest.
Curse abuse
At 7th level, when you run out of uses of your blood maledict feature, you may use a blood curse by Rolling a number of hemocraft die damage equal to the number of excess uses so that if you have 0 uses of your blood maledict remaining, the first additional use will cause an additional hemocraft die of damage, the second deals two additional hemocraft dice of damage, and so on.
Brand of the Warrior
At 11th level, your Brand of Castigation forces your target into a disadvantageous fight with you. While your brand is active, when you take the attack action, you may make one additional attack against the branded creature as a bonus action, additionally, the creature has disadvantage on attacks against a creature other than yourself.
Blood curse of Vindictive Sacrifice
At 15th level, you learn the Blood curse of Vindictive Sacrifice. This does not count against your blood curses known.
Blood curse of Vindictive Sacrifice:
When a creature makes a melee attack against you, as a reaction, you can choose to take the attack and make a counter attack of your own. Make a weapon attack. If the attack lands, you bind your life blood with the creature's. You have advantage on attack rolls against the creature. When you or the creature take damage, the other of the pair take an equal amount of psychic damage that can not be resisted or negated. The curse lasts until one or both effected creatures are dead. While this curse is active, neither you nor the target can be healed.
Amplify: When the creature takes damage, make a wisdom saving throw with a DC of 15 or the damage taken. If you succeed, take half damage.
Blood Sacrifice
At 18th level, as an action, choose a target you can see within 150ft. Roll a number of hemocraft dice up to your Blood Hunter level and take that amount of damage. The target takes an equal amount of damage and makes a constitution saving throw as their blood begins to boil and rot within them. On a failure, the target is paralyzed for one minute. At the end of each of its turns, the creature may repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. You can use this ability once and regain that use on a long rest. If this ability reduces your HP to 0, you die outright. If you die due to the use of this ability, nothing short of divine intervention or a wish spell can revive you.
